PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Class II Renewal Permit No. 66477 to Pure Wafer Inc.
ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Class II Renewal Permit No. 66477 to Pure Wafer Inc. for the continued operation of a silicon wafer reclaim facility in Yavapai County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: hazardous air pollutants (HAP), nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 10 microns (PM10), particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
