PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Rules for the Hayden Lead, Hayden Sulfur Dioxide & Miami Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Areas

ADEQ welcomes comments on the proposed rules for the Hayden Lead Nonattainment Area, Hayden Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area and Miami Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area.

These rules will be submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency for incorporation in Arizona’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) as required by the Clean Air Act, under Section 110, in order to attain and maintain the 2008 Lead National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) and 2010 Sulfur Dioxide NAAQS.
