Workshop Details

This workshop will follow up on areas of concern voiced by stakeholders in the Biohazardous Medical Waste (BMW) Workshop held Nov. 5, 2020. ADEQ will seek input from stakeholders on sample language for BMW Rules in order to address ideas brought up during the previous workshop and other areas where clarification may be helpful. This language will serve to frame the conversation and allow for feedback prior to drafting language for future proposed BMW rules.
