Site Summary:

  • Extensive history of monitoring and remediation prior to entry into the VRP in 2019.
  • ADEQ hosted a kick-off meeting in September 2019 to discuss a path forward for the site.
  • A work plan for additional characterization was submitted in July 2020, and comments were issued by the VRP in July 2020, requiring plan modification and resubmittal.
  • A revised work plan was received and approved by the VRP in February 2021.
  • Site characterization work commenced in April and continued through the second quarter of 2021.
  • An Interim Site Characterization Report was received and approved by the VRP in August 2021.
  • A work plan for additional characterization was submitted in November 2021 and reviewed by the VRP in December 2021. Additional information was received and the work plan was approved in January 2022.
  • Ongoing field activities.
