PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit to US Marine Corps Air Station - Yuma

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit Number 87288 to US Marine Corps for the continued operation of its Marine Corps Air Station – Yuma, an Air Transportation facility located in Yuma County, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: volatile organic compounds (VOC), nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter (PM), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
