[Wpdfees-s] June 30, 2011 Stakeholder Meetings - Waste Programs Fee Rules

[ADEQ Waste Programs Division Solid Waste Fees]

As a reminder, ADEQ will be hosting stakeholder meetings this Thursday,
June 30th, to present draft rule language which will implement fees to
make the Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste Programs self-sufficient. There
will be two separate meetings held in room 3175 at ADEQ's main campus
(1110 West Washington Street, Phoenix, 85007); one for Solid Waste Fees
from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., and another for Hazardous Waste Fees from 10:45
a.m. to 12:15 p.m. RVSPs to wpdfees@azdeq.gov <mailto:wpdfees@azdeq.gov>
are requested for those attending in person.

 

If you would like to participate in the meeting by phone, conference
calling has been set up.  To participate, please call 1-866-751-5725 and
enter *5555619* as the room number when prompted. (The * is necessary
before and after the room number.)  You may identify yourself once you
are connected.  For the Solid Waste Fees meeting, please call in at 8:55
a.m. For the Hazardous Waste Fees meeting, please place your call at
10:40 a.m.

 

Draft rule text is attached. Comments on the draft rule are due by 5
p.m. on July 15, 2011. Please submit your comments via e-mail to
