[Stormwatergp] Revisions to CGP 2013 now posted for April 3rd meeting

Greetings:

A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PARKING (APPLICABLE WHENEVER VISITING ADEQ):
Consult visitor parking map http://www.azdeq.gov/function/about/download/visitorparking.pdf  (link also located on CGP web page) for available places to park. Do not park in the Arizona Corporation Commission Parking Lot (shown on the map); if the Corporation Commission happens to schedule a hearing that day, the lot is used by people attending their hearing. Parking for ADEQ stakeholder meetings is available on the first, fourth and fifth floors of ADEQ's parking garage. Also, the paved lot on the northwest corner of 12th Avenue and Adams Street is open to visitor parking.


CONSTRUCTION GENERAL PERMIT:
Revisions to the draft ADEQ CGP 2013 have been made and the draft is now posted at http://www.azdeq.gov/environ/water/permits/cgp.html .

EPA 2012 CGP language is BROWN (track changes).  Original ADEQ language is black; ADEQ revisions in RED.

We will follow a slightly different agenda for the next meeting. Discussion will start with Part 3.2 Water Quality Standards, then proceed to Part 4 (Corrective Actions) and Part 5 (Inspections). For now, we will skip Section 3.1.3 Pollution Prevention, p. 23 to 28 and take this up at the April 18 meeting. Therefore, this section is missing from the newly posted draft. At the beginning of the April 3rd meeting, I will explain why this is and speak a little about a small re-organization I am doing to Parts 3.1.1, 3.1.2 and 3.1.3.

Please note minor revisions made to Parts 1.2, 1.4, 2.2 and 3.1.1.1(2)(f). If there's time, we can return to Part 3.1.2 Schedule and Deadlines for Stabilization, although it seems like it would be better to hold that until we also discuss Part 3.1.3.
