[Stormwater Construction General Permit]

Dear Valued Stormwater Customer,

Effective April 18, 2012, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's online Notice of Intent program (SMART NOI) now accepts payment using credit cards.  After you enter your project information you will be directed to Secure Arizona website for payment checkout.  This enhancement will provide you with another option for obtaining your Stormwater Construction General Permit coverage and expedite the permitting process.  You may access the SMART NOI at the following website:            http://az.gov/app/smartnoi/

If you would like to submit payment using a check or money order, you may still do so by using a paper form NOI available at:            http://www.azdeq.gov/environ/water/permits/download/construction_noi.pdf
