[NewWaterPermits] Water Quality Division's Fees Implementation

[New Water Quality General Permits]

The ADEQ Water Quality Division's rules on increased and new fees for
water quality permitting services were approved by the Governor's
Regulatory Review Council on April 5, 2011. The new fees will take
effect July 1, 2011. The Water Quality Division has posted an unofficial
version of the final fee rules and Frequently Asked Questions about the
new fee rules at: http://www.azdeq.gov/environ/water/index.html. The
Water Quality Division will periodically update the Frequently Asked
Questions as implementation continues and will send out notices.
