[Ariz MSGP 2010] New MSGP fees effective July 1, 2011

Dear Valued Customer:

 

Please be aware that effective July 1, 2011 the Arizona Department of
Environmental Quality will no longer accept Notice of Intent (NOI) forms
by facsimile.  This is in large part due to Arizona Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (AZPDES) fees that take effect this same day.
Effective July 1, 2011 all AZPDES NOIs submitted to the department must
include a check or money order made payable to Arizona Department of
Environmental Quality.  NOIs that are submitted without payment will be
determined to be incomplete and returned resulting in permit coverage
delays.  The following is the fee schedule for the Multi-Sector General
Permit.

 

Stormwater Multi-Sector General Permit Fee Schedule

 

Acreage identified in the NOI

Fee Amount

Less than or equal to 1 acre

$350.00

Greater than 1 acre but less than or equal to 40 acres

$500.00

Greater than 40 acres

$1,000.00

No Exposure Certification 

NEC

$1,250.00

SWPPP Review
