[Ariz MSGP 2009] September 24 meeting confirmation and Part 8 mining sector date change

Greetings:

 

This message contains information about the final MSGP stakeholder
meeting in Phoenix on September 24, and sector-specific meetings,
including date change/ confirmation.

 

*	Final meeting date:  Thursday, September 24, ADEQ conference
room # 3175; 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with a break for lunch). 

AGENDA:

*                Continue discussion with Part 6, Monitoring Program;

*                Discuss Part 7, Reporting and Recordkeeping;

*                Discuss Part 2, Control Measures and Effluent
Limitations. 

 

*	Revisions to permit language discussed at the September 9
stakeholder meeting have not been posted, because the draft Part 6
language is still viewed as a work in progress.  

 

o        Participation by web conferencing will be available these

o              You're now part of the MSGP stakeholder meeting; please
minimize or eliminate background noise as it will be transmitted to
everyone present at the Phoenix location and on the phone at other
locations. If necessary, use "mute", not "hold" on your phone.

 

 

*	Sector-specific meeting details: 

SECTOR S (air transportation): October 2, 2009, 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

ALL MINING-RELATED SECTORS (Sectors D, E, F, G & J) [NOTE DATE CHANGE]:
October 8, 2009  [ changed from October 6, because EPA will be holding
its year-end meetings with ADEQ on the 6th & 7th ]

LOCATION:  ADEQ, room # 3175, 1110 W. Washington St., Phoenix.

Sectors D, E, & J time:  8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Sectors F & G time:  1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
