Greetings:
Revisions to language in Part 1, and to a lesser extent Part 7, are now
posted at http://www.azdeq.gov/environ/water/permits/msgp.html
MEETING REMINDER:
The next meeting will be at ADEQ (Phoenix), July 8 at 1:00 pm, Room
3175. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss Part 2, Control
Measures (No revisions have been made to Part 2 of the draft just
posted). The meeting will start with a short PowerPoint presentation,
followed by discussion of permit language.
CONFERENCE CALLING WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN, AS BEFORE:
* Only 10 ports will be available. So, to maximize access, organize
a group and assemble in a conference room that is mutually convenient
for several MSGP stakeholders in your area. This call-in arrangement is
intended to accommodate permittee stakeholders in rural parts of the
state who, owing to serious budgetary constraints, might otherwise be
unable to travel to Phoenix.
* CALLING INSTRUCTIONS:
o Meeting participants should call 1 - 866 - 751 - 5725
o Qwest Conferencing will prompt you to enter a "room number",
which is *5555619* (you must press the star key [*] both before and
after the 7 digit number)
o You're now part of the MSGP stakeholder meeting; please
minimize or eliminate background noise as it will be transmitted to
everyone participating in Phoenix and on the phone at other locations.
Limited conferencing capabilities will be available on Wednesday
afternoon in the Flagstaff & Tucson regional offices of ADEQ (rooms hold
8 to 10 persons) for those who do not have a conference room at their
own facility:
* Contact Tina Holliman, (928) 779-0313 for information on a
conference room at ADEQ's Flagstaff office.
* Contact Roxanne Linsley, (520) 628-6716 for information on a
conference room at ADEQ's Tucson office.
A date and location certain is not yet available for the meeting that
will follow July 8. Stay tuned for further announcements in this regard.
Have a safe and enjoyable 4th of July.
