[Ariz MSGP 2009] June 25 meeting update; conference call-in will be available

The conference room where we will meet (ADEQ's Rm. 3175) on Thursday
will be set up with speaker phone capability.

 

However, please be advised that only 10 ports will be available to dial
in. So, I strongly urge any who would otherwise be unable to attend in
person in Phoenix to assemble in a conference room that is mutually
convenient for several MSGP stakeholders in your area and call in from
one phone. This call-in arrangement is intended to accommodate permittee
stakeholders in rural parts of the state who, owing to serious budgetary
constraints, might otherwise be unable to travel to Phoenix. Of course,
the best option remains to attend in person, 9:00 a.m. to noon, Thursday

CALLING INSTRUCTIONS:

1.	Meeting participants should call 1 - 866 - 751 - 5725 
2.	Qwest Conferencing will prompt you to enter a "room number",
which is *5555619*  (you must press the star key [*] both before and
after the 7 digit number)
3.	You're now part of the MSGP stakeholder meeting; please exert
every effort to minimize or eliminate all background noises in the room
you're calling from as it will be transmitted to everyone participating
in Phoenix and on the phone at other locations.

 

Limited conferencing capabilities will be available on Thursday morning
in the Flagstaff & Tucson regional offices of ADEQ (rooms hold 8 to 10
persons) for those who do not have a conference room at their own
facility:

 

*     For interested persons in Northern Arizona, contact Tina Holliman,
(928) 779-0313 for information on a conference room at ADEQ's Flagstaff
office.

*     For interested persons in Southern Arizona, contact Roxanne
Linsley, (520) 628-6716 for information on a conference room at ADEQ's
Tucson office.
