[Ariz MSGP 2009] Arizona Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP 2009): Stakeholder Workshop Announcement

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) announces an
organizational meeting to outline the stakeholder process and discuss
recent stakeholder input received during the informal comment period,
which ended June 1:
* 9:00 a.m. to noon, Thursday June 25.
* Room 3175 at ADEQ's Phoenix office (this is the same location as
the May 19 MSGP stakeholders meeting and was chosen to accommodate the
anticipated high level of interest in this organizational meeting).

The permit documents (permit, appendices, draft Fact Sheet and draft
forms) remain posted in PDF format on ADEQ's web site at

AGENDA:
DISCUSSION OF THE PROCESS
GENERAL STRUCTURE OF THE STAKEHOLDER WORKSHOPS
* Meet twice per month thru Oct 15
* Workshops will be dedicated to discussing solutions to issues
identified during the informal stakeholder review period
o Devote one session or portion of a session to each part of the
permit; addressing the major issue(s) associated with that part
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES IDENTIFIED BY STAKEHOLDERS
DISCUSSION OF EPA COMMENTS
DISCUSS FUTURE MEETING LOCATIONS - CASA GRANDE (??)
DISCUSS STAKEHOLDER-IDENTIFIED ISSUES IN PART 1 AND PART 7
"HOMEWORK ASSIGNMEMENTS" and NEXT MEETING
