Greetings:

This message contains additional information about future meetings,

conferencing for the July 24 meeting.

* Time and date change for meetings in August.

******************

o Two downtown Phoenix locations are available for telephone
conferencing for the July 24 meeting:

* A room at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite will hold 10 people. If
interested, please RSVP to Michele Van Quathem, mvanquathem@rcalaw.com.

Conference room location: Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, One North Central
Avenue, Suite 1200 [Parking is available under the building (access on
1st St. just north of Washington St.). Proceed to the 12th floor
receptionist, who will validate parking and direct you to the conference
room].

*        Room 3175 at ADEQ's Phoenix office (1110 W. Washington St.). No
RSVP required. For parking arrangements, go to:
http://www.azdeq.gov/environ/water/dw/images/map.pdf

o Date change: August 25 meeting moved to August 26, 10:00
a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Room 3175. August 11 meeting date remains unchanged,
but time changed to 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We'll break for lunch or
have a working lunch. The physical location and times for both meetings
in August will be at the ADEQ Phoenix office, Room 3175.

o Participation by web conferencing at the August 11 and
August 26 MSGP Stakeholder meetings will also be available. If
interested in hosting a remote site, you must be willing to participate
in two test sessions; the first is one week before the event and the
second on the morning of the event (approximately one hour prior). The
web conferencing will allow you to see what we are discussing on the
screen in Phoenix. The usual phone link (by dialing the toll free
number) will be independent of the internet link and allows you to offer
input verbally.

ADEQ's Flagstaff and Tucson offices will be set up for web conferencing.
We are willing to set up two additional remote locations, but you must
be willing to participate in both tests, and have a computer, projector,
internet and telephone connections in the room. Please contact David
Lelsz, dl2@azdeq.gov for further instructions.

If the web conferencing works well, meetings will continue through
September on two to three week intervals.

o See below for a repeat of the July 24 meeting details:
