[Ariz MSGP 2009] NEW LOCATION for July 24 Tucson meeting

DATE AND TIME of next MSGP meeting:  Friday, July 24, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m.

NEW LOCATION:  State of Arizona offices, 400 W. Congress St., Tucson,
Room 444.

Please park in the parking garage to the west of the State Office
Building.

(Note:  Pima Co. Library location is unsuitable because the conference
room has no telephone hook up; therefore, please disregard the ADEQ
Events and Notices Calendar for July 24).

Contact Roxanne Linsley, (520) 628-6716 if you have questions about the
conference room at the State Building in Tucson.

The Flagstaff regional office of ADEQ will have a small conference room
available for Friday, July 24, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (room only holds
8 to 10 people).  Contact Tina Holliman, (928) 779-0313 for information
on about ADEQ's conference room at the Flagstaff office.

 

A revised PDF, reflecting changes discussed at the July 8 meeting will
be posted by close of business Monday, July 20.

 

AGENDA:

o       Discuss changes made to permit language in Parts 1 and 2 of the
posted PDF (referenced above)

o       Brief presentation on content of Part 3 (Corrective Actions),
followed by discussion of permit language

o       If time permits, a brief presentation on Part 4 (Inspections),
and then begin a discussion of permit language (to be carried over to
the August 11th meeting)

 

CONFERENCE CALLING WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN, AS BEFORE:

 

*    Only 10 ports are available. So, to maximize access, organize a
group and assemble in a conference room that is mutually convenient for
several MSGP stakeholders in your area. This call-in arrangement is
intended to accommodate permittee stakeholders in rural parts of the
state who, owing to serious budgetary constraints, might otherwise be
unable to travel to Phoenix.

During the meeting, please do not put your line on "hold". Use the
"mute" key, instead. Otherwise music will play from your phone and be
heard by everyone (on the phone and in the meeting room).

o       Meeting participants should call 1 - 866 - 751 - 5725 

o       Qwest Conferencing will prompt you to enter a "room number",
which is *5555619*  (you must press the star key [*] both before and
after the 7 digit number) 

o       You're now part of the MSGP stakeholder meeting; please minimize
or eliminate background noise as it will be transmitted to everyone
participating in Phoenix and on the phone at other locations. If
necessary, use "mute", not "hold" on your phone.
