Arizona State Land Department 

WHAT:  May 19 press conference at ADEQ's central Phoenix headquarters to
announce a settlement in the tens of millions of dollars to clean up
three contaminated mine properties in the state and transfer of title to
the state of several miles of a sensitive riparian area in southeastern
Arizona.  

WHEN: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 19
