PHOENIX (Aug. 6, 2008) -- Arizona Department of Environmental Quality
(ADEQ) Director Steve Owens and Attorney General Terry Goddard will
conduct a press conference at 10 a.m. Thursday to announce a
multimillion dollar settlement for environmental violations by a
national corporation doing business in Phoenix.
