Synopsis and Discussion
A strong but mostly dry upper level trough and surface cold front will move over the Phoenix metro area today and then weaken and move east on Tuesday. After a period of gusty winds and possible blowing dust today, winds will be significantly lighter on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is only a very slim chance for rain. After another relatively down day, local ozone levels are forecast to rebound quickly by Wednesday as afternoon temperatures return to the middle 80's with unimpeded solar radiation. -Reith
