Health message for Monday, Jan 28: No health impacts expected.

Health message for Tuesday, Jan 29: No health impacts expected.

Synopsis and Discussion
After receiving up to two inches of rain the past two days, the local
forecast area will be between mid-latitude storm systems on Tuesday.
Despite this, temperatures aloft and at the surface will continue to
cool as another upper level trough approaches from the northwest. The
combination of no to weak inversions, favorable dispersion, and wet soil
surfaces will continue to help keep coarse particle (PM-10)
concentrations well below potential for this time of year. Fine
particle (PM-2.5) concentrations, which are mainly by-products of
combustion, will increase on Tuesday but breezes associated with the
current active weather pattern will help keep them in check as well.
Thus, overall good air quality is predicted thru at least Wednesday.
