Health message for Friday, Feb 15: No health impacts are expected.

Synopsis and Discussion
THE PM-10 HEALTH WATCH ISSUED FOR TODAY HAS BEEN CANCELLED
The strong upper level trough that was expected to bring strong and gusty winds to the local forecast area today has taken a more westerly track than forecast. As a result, today's PM-10 Health Watch was cancelled since little if any blowing dust is now anticipated. Another positive development is that the new storm track has improved the chances for widespread measurable rainfall to occur on Friday. All air pollutant concentrations are now predicted to be in the good range of the Air Quality Index on Friday and Saturday.
