Synopsis and Discussion
It's going to be a real nice weekend here in the Valley of the Sun
weather-wise. Afternoon desert temperatures are expected to reach the
mid 70s this weekend, with the warmest day on Sunday. High pressure
will slip a bit west on Monday, dropping temps slightly while allowing
the storm track to edge closer to the region. By next Wednesday and
Thursday, a disturbance may clip the Four Corners area, producing clouds
and cooler weather for the Phoenix forecast area. In the meantime, we
can expect Particulate levels to remain in the low to mid "Moderate"
range through the weekend under the ridge of high pressure. Check back
Sunday for a further look at the coming week's weather and air quality.
Have a great weekend! -J.Paul
