Synopsis and Discussion
Overall good air quality will continue to be the rule for the
foreseeable future in the local forecast area.  A massive upper level
trough over the western U.S., along with a cold-core low aloft, will
usher in a very moist maritime air mass over the forecast area during
the next 48 hours; periods of rain - heavy at times - are expected thru
at least Wednesday.  -Reith
