[ADEQ Forecasts] ADEQ Issues Combined Ozone and Particulate Matter Health Watch for Wednesday, May 17

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has extended an ozone Health Watch and issued a particulate matter Health Watch for Wednesday, May 17, 2006 in greater Phoenix. 

Ozone and particulate levels are forecast to approach unhealthful levels for people in sensitive populations, including people with respiratory illness, the elderly and young children. 

ADEQ advises people in the Health Watch area to limit outdoor exertion, particularly young children, the elderly and anyone with heart, lung or other health concerns.
