ADEQ Water Quality General Permits Worksession

As part of ADEQ's continuing efforts to improve permitting processes and increase efficiency wherever possible, we are inviting stakeholders to participate in a series of worksessions to explore development of additional general permits for certain classes of regulated facilities. During the worksessions, ADEQ will propose for discussion new Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) and Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) general permits that meet the criteria described at 49-245. ADEQ will also solicit new general permit suggestions from stakeholders.

The first worksession will be on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. The meeting will be held at ADEQ headquarters in Phoenix, with broadcasts via web conference at the ADEQ Regional Offices in Flagstaff and Tucson.
