[Dwopcert] Certificate Expiration

The following operators have certificates that will become inactive at
the end of April 2010.  Operators are given 90 days after the
certificate expiration to submit a renewal form with 30 PDHs.  After 90
days the certificate(s) become inactive and testing is required to
reactivate.  Please visit
http://www.azdeq.gov/environ/water/dw/opcert.html for a current renewal
form.
