September 15, 2009-Introduction to WaterSense Webinar

 

WaterSense will be holding informational webcasts throughout the year
for parties interested in becoming WaterSense partners to explain more
about the program, describe the benefits of joining, and answer
questions. The next webcast will be held on September 15 from 3:00 p.m.
- 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). We encourage you to forward this information
to your colleagues so we can expand our network and ensure WaterSense
reaches potential partners nationwide. To sign up for this webcast,

In 2008, consumers who installed WaterSense labeled toilets, faucets,
and faucet accessories helped save more than 9.3 billion gallons of
water and realized $55 billion in savings on water and sewer utility
bills.

 

Buyers can choose from more than 300 different toilet models and more
than 1,000 different types of water-saving faucets and accessories such
as aerators that have earned the WaterSense label since 2007.

 

Much of our success is due to the efforts of more than 1,500 partners
(as of August 2009) who help to promote the program.
