Hello Everyone,
 
ABC is asking for your assistance in identifying distribution operators
to complete a job analysis survey for our standardized Water
Distribution certification program. The results of this survey will be
used to ensure the relevance of materials covered on water distribution
certification exams developed by ABC. When exam development is complete,
certification authorities who are ABC members will have the opportunity
to offer these updated water distribution exams in their own
jurisdictions. Over 30,000 operators and lab analysts take an ABC
certification exam annually.  Because the water distribution system is
the link between the water supply source and the consumer, ABC is
seeking personnel involved in the day-to-day operations of the
distribution system to complete a job analysis survey. Participation
from distribution personnel is essential for ABC to develop a quality,
valid certification program. More information about this survey may be
found under "What's New" on ABC's web site (www.abccert.org
<http://www.abccert.org/> ). Please forward this email message to any
operators and operator groups that may be interested in participating in
the survey. Operators can register for the survey by completing the
"Distribution Operator Job Analysis Registration Form" located under
