Ehrenberg Water Company is searching for a motivational leader,

 with a minimum of 5 years experience in management. To perform
technical and maintenance work in the operation, maintenance and repair
of potable water production facility and is responsible for maintaining
the superior quality of water. Ability to plan, assign, schedule, and
coordinate work of subordinates in water treatment plant operations,
facility maintenance, and office activities, exercise good judgment in
all situations, prepare clear and concise reports and communicate
clearly and concisely, orally, and in writing, make investigation and
studies of work programs, make routine and special reports, supervise,
train, and evaluate subordinates, analyze work procedures and operations
to develop new and efficient techniques in water supply, treatment,
transmission, distribution, and storage, analyze operations and
recommend improvements on a regular basis to the Board of Directors',
maintain effective working relationships with employees, the general
public and new business development.

 

 

Special Requirement:

(A) Grade II or higher certification from Arizona Department of
Environmental Quality in Water

Treatment is required; please include a copy of certification with your
application. Will, consider possession of a Grade I, with a probationary
period of one year to obtain a Grade II. Upon successful completion and
submission of required certificate, probationary position will be
considered for a permanent position. If required certificate is not
obtained, probationary position of manager will be terminated if manager
is not making significant progress or able to get the required
certificate within the required time limits.

(B) Valid State Drivers' license

(C) May be required to work various shifts on any of the seven days of
the week.

(D) Submit personal and professional references
