General Manager - Rancho Sahuarita Water Company

Rancho Sahuarita Water Co. (RSWC), the exclusive water provider for Rancho Sahuarita, a Master Planned Community, is looking for an experienced General Manager.  RSWC is a rapidly growing water utility currently serving over 3,000 accounts and growing at a rate of 1,000 accounts per year.  The successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow the business, in addition to operating the plant.

The successful candidate will possess:

*	Working knowledge of ADEQ drinking water rules;
*	Working knowledge of ACC rules and rate-making procedures;
*	Working knowledge of NARUC accounting;
*	Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety;
*	Working knowledge of backflow prevention programs;
*	Working knowledge of ADWR & Tucson AMA rules and management plans.

Requirements

*	Min. 5 years experience in the construction, operations, maintenance, and repair of modern public water systems, including vertical turbine wells, centrifugal pumps, automatic valves, SCADA controls, valves, and hydrants;
*	Min. 2 years system management and personnel supervisory experience;
*	Must have a valid ADEQ Grade III Water Distribution Certificate;
*	Must have a valid ADEQ Grade III Water Treatment Certificate.
