Environmental Compliance Analyst - City of Surprise

Department: Water Services, Environmental Division
Reports To: Environmental Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Status: Full Time; Benefits
Starting Salary: $53,351.00 annually
Summary
Incumbents have broader environmental program knowledge to include applicable policies and regulations specific to water and wastewater environmental issues including storm water, pretreatment and other areas as necessary. Incumbents are responsible for program monitoring and evaluation, providing educational and technical information to internal and external clients, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting program data, and coordinating and inspecting contractor work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Water Resources, Engineering, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Geology or related field and two years of related environmental program experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those in the essential duties and responsibilities and qualifications as described in the job description as advertised.
