ADEQ Waste Programs Division invites interested parties to comment on the UST Rule Updates proposed rule filed with the Arizona Secretary of State. The proposed rule was published in the June 21, 2019 Arizona Register. A hearing on the proposed rule will be held at ADEQ on July 29, 2019.
