COMMENT PERIOD ENDS | Proposed State Implementation Plan Revision to Include AgBMPs

On Jan. 23, 2023, the public comment period ends for the proposed inclusion of the revised statewide statute and rules for Agricultural Best Management Practices (AgBMPs) located at Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-457 and Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2, Article 6 into the Arizona State Implementation Plan. The comment period began Dec. 20, 2022.
