On Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, the public comment period ends for the decision to issue a State 401 water quality certification to San-Man Inc. for the Agua Fria River Sand and Gravel Mine Reclamation project in Sun City, Ariz. The comment period began on Oct. 17, 2019.
