On March 2, 2022, the public comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue a significant amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the Carlota Copper Company for the Carlota Copper Project – Pinto Valley Road located in Gila and Pinal Counties. The comment period ends on April 1, 2022.
