ADEQ has announced an upcoming public comment period for the proposed significant amendment to Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) issued to Freeport-McMoRan Morenci, Inc., for the Morenci Mine located in Greenlee County, Arizona. The comment period dates will be announced soon.
