COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed Major Modification of AZPDES Permit (AZ0025291) Coverage for Agua Nueva WWTP

On Thursday, September 27, 2018, the public comment period began for the proposed major modification of Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit (AZ0025291) coverage to the Ed Pastor Kino Environmental Restoration Project (KERP) for the proposed discharge of up to 2 million gallons per day (mgd) of groundwater and treated domestic wastewater from the Agua Nueva Wastewater Treatment Plant to Julian Wash in the Santa Cruz River Basin in Township 14 S, Range 14 E, Section 29, in Pima County, Ariz.
