COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed AZPDES Permit Renewal No. AZ0025518 to the City of Buckeye

On Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, the public comment period begins for the proposed issuance of Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Permit Renewal to the City of Buckeye for the proposed discharge of up to 2.8 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Trillium West Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to Wagner Wash, a tributary to the Hassayampa River in the Middle Gila River Basin in Maricopa County, Ariz.
