COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Preliminary Decision to Issue a State Water Quality Certification of a Federal Action to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

On Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, the public comment period began for the decision to issue a conditional State 401 water quality certification for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) CWA 404 Nationwide Permits to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
