On Friday, Aug. 30, 2019, the public comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to The Fairfax Companies, L.L.C. for  Tank’s Wilmot Recycling and Landfill Facility located in Tucson, Ariz. The comment period ends on Sept. 30, 2019.
