COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Modification of AZPDES General Permit for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems
On June 24, 2022, the public comment period begins for the proposed modification to Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) general permit for small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s). The comment period ends July 25, 2022.

Permit Information:
This general permit authorizes stormwater discharges of pollutants from MS4s in Arizona to protected surface waters.1 State requirements for discharges to non-WOTUS protected surface waters are enforceable solely by ADEQ.
