PUBLIC NOTICE | New Air Quality Permit for Crushing and Screening at Henrietta Mine in Yavapai County

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control New Permit No. 92038 to Henrietta Mine, LLC for crushing and screening operations at Henrietta Mine located in Yavapai County, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 2.5 micrometers (PM2.5), particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 10 micrometers (PM10), nitrogen oxides (NOX), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
