PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Air Quality Renewal Permit to Davis Boat Manufacturing-Nordic, Inc. in Lake Havasu City
ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 93272 to Davis Boat Manufacturing-Nordic, Inc. for the continued operation of a boat manufacturing facility located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statutes 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminant: styrenethe, which is classified as a hazardous air pollutant (HAP) and volatile organic compound (VOC).
