PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Permit to Align RNG Arizona — Snowflake

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Permit Number 90062 to Align RNG Arizona — Snowflake, LLC for the installation and operation of a renewable natural gas facility located in Navajo County, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter with nominal diameter less than 10 microns (PM₁₀), particulate matter with nominal diameter less than 2.5 microns (PM_2.5), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), oxides of nitrogen (NO_X), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
