ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
The City of Kingman applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.62 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Downtown Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Holy Moses Wash located in Mohave County, Arizona. The City of Kingman Downtown Wastewater Treatment Plant is a publicly owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential, commercial, and industrial sources in Kingman, AZ. Disinfection is by ultraviolet light. Solids are wasted from the mixed liquor of the MBR system to an aerated equalization tank prior to dewatering by a filter press.
