Information

The Copper Mountain Landfill is a municipal solid waste landfill operated by Republic Services, Inc. This amendment proposes to modify Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) No. 102600 to add eight (8) additional surface impoundments for the disposal and evaporation of non-hazardous industrial liquids. The current APP authorizes the disposal and evaporation of landfill leachate and non-hazardous industrial liquid wastes in two permitted ponds.
