Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality intends to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit to:

Facility Information

The National Park Service applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 1.25  million gallons per day (mgd) of chlorinated groundwater from the Indian Gardens Potable Water Pump Station to the Garden Creek in the Colorado – Grand Canyon River Basin in Township 31 N, Range 2 E, Section 13, in Coconino County, Arizona. The Indian Garden Potable Water Pump Station is considered a minor industrial facility.
