PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Permit No. 85587 to Arizona Fuel Operations I LLC

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control New Permit No. 85587 to Arizona Fuel Operations I LLC for the construction and operation of a Used Motor Oil re-refining facility located in Yuma. The mailing address for the facility is 19991 N. 97th Place, Scottsdale, AZ  85255. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.  The facility emits the following air contaminants: nitrogen oxides (NO_X), particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
