• In August 2022, Former Flint Oil Property submitted a Site Characterization Report (SCR)
• In September 2022, ADEQ provided a review of the SCR and requested additional clarifications
• In April 2023, Former Flint Oil submitted a Site Assessment Report
• The Site Assessment Report is currently under review by VRP
• The Volunteer submitted a Sampling and Analysis Plan on June 23, 2023, that is currently under VRP review
• VRP requested revisions to the Sampling and Analysis Plan on Sept 12, 2023
