The facility is located on the southeast corner of Greenfield and Guadalupe Roads, Gilbert, Ariz., over groundwater of the Phoenix Active Management Area (AMA) in Township 01 S, Range 06 E, Section 10, Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
